There are two ways to enjoy your visit to Pačinek Glass.
1. Glass Garden and Crystal Temple
After passing through the turnstile, you gain access to the Glass Garden and the opportunity to visit the Crystal Temple at the scheduled guided tour times.
You explore the Glass Garden independently at your own pace. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can visit at any time without prior reservation.
If you arrive after dark, simply ask the person at the glassworks and he will be happy to switch on the garden lights for you during your stay.
The Crystal Temple is accessible only with our guide, every day at:
10:00 • 12:00 • 14:00, in czech language.

2. PAČINEK GLASS - Complete Guided Tour
Would you like to experience the very best?
In addition to the Glass Garden and the Crystal Temple, you will also visit the glassworks, where you can watch master glassmakers at work, and the Jiří Pačinek Gallery with commentary.
After entering the premises, you can purchase a glass admission token in our shop. It serves as your ticket for the guided tour and remains yours as an original souvenir of your visit.
PLEASE NOTE! The glassmakers work only until 14:00 on weekdays and until 13:00 on weekends and public holidays.
The glassworks and gallery tour always starts on the hour.
The last tour always starts 1 hour before closing time.

The glass admission token is an original handmade glass souvenir that you take home after the tour as a keepsake from your visit to Pačinek Glass.
Regular Opening Hours and Important Information
Summer season (May - September)
Weekdays: 08:00 - 17:00
Weekends and public holidays: 09:00 - 17:00
Winter season (October - April)
Weekdays: 08:00 - 15:00
Weekends and public holidays: 09:00 - 16:00
Important information:
The glassmakers work until 2:00 PM on weekdays and until 1:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.
Advance booking is required only for groups of more than 10 people and for foreign-language guided tours. Reservations can be made by email at andrea@pacinekglass.com or by phone at +420 774 711 707. Please call us on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
For foreign-language guided tours, reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Please arrive on time for your booked tour.
The Glass Garden is accessible 24/7 without a reservation. After dark, simply ask a member of our staff and they will be happy to turn on the garden lights for you. YES, we have staff on site even during the night.
Visitors using wheelchairs can also enjoy a large part of our premises. The upper part of the Glass Garden, the Crystal Temple and the glassworks are wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the Gallery and the lower part of the garden are accessible only by stairs.
Dogs are welcome. ? You are welcome to bring your dog into the Glass Garden and the Crystal Temple. Access with dogs to the glassworks and Gallery is possible by prior arrangement, depending on the dog’s size and temperament as well as the current number of visitors.
