Summer season (May – September):
- Weekdays: 08:00 – 17:00
- Weekends and public holidays: 09:00 – 17:00
Winter season (October – April):
- Weekdays: 08:00 – 15:00
- Weekends and public holidays: 09:00 – 16:00
Glassworks and Gallery Tour:
- The tour starts at each hour
- The last tour starts 1 hour before closing time
Crystal Temple Tour:
- The tour starts at 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, and 14:00 (Admission by voluntary donation)
Important Information:
- Glassblowers work until 14:00 on weekdays and until 13:00 on weekends.
- To book a guided tour in English, it is necessary to make a reservation at least 14 days in advance via email at andrea@pacinekglass.com or by phone at +420 774 711 707.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled tours.
A guided tour in English costs 280 CZK per person.
